玻璃纤维加固聚酰胺基（PA）高科技聚合体。耐溶剂、机油、油脂以及其它化学溶剂。
颜色
黑色，亚光饰面。
旋转销
AISI303不锈钢。
装配
- P型：镀镍钢质螺杆。
- SH型：带用于安装埋头螺钉的通孔。
- CH型：带用于安装圆柱头螺钉的通孔，该螺钉带有UNI6592型（DIN433或ISO7092）垫圈。
- 组合型：p/SH - p/CH
旋转角
最大270°，在0°至-90°以及0°至180°之间
（0°=两个互相连接的表面处于同一平面上的情况）。
切勿超过旋转角限值（参见图），以免误判铰链的机械性能。

Design
Hinges
•Glass-fibre reinforced polyamide-based (PA) technopolymer.
Resistant to solvents, oil, greases and other chemical agents.
•Black standard colour with matte finish.
•Maximum working temperature from -30° C to +140° C.
•AISI 303 stainless steel rotation stud pin.
•Fitting by means of:
- 2 pairs of through holes for countersunk head screws
- 2 pairs of through holes for cylindrical head screws with UNI 6592
(DIN 433 and ISO 7092) washers
- 2 pairs of nickel-plated steel studs
- 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs and 1 pair of through holes for
countersunk head screws
- 1 pair of nickel-plated steel studs and 1 pair of through holes for
cylindrical head screws.
•Rotation angle: max 270°, between 0° and -90° and between 0° and
180° (0° = condition where the two interconnected surfaces are on the same
plane). Do not exceed the rotation angle limit (see drawing) so as not to
prejudice the hinges mechanical performance.
